
The Boise Nice Project, INC. Adds Director
BOISE, ID — (January 6, 2023) — The Boise Nice Project, Inc. (BNP) has made a tremendous leap forward by electing Mari Ramos as the newest member of its Board of Directors.
Mari Ramos is the Director of Operations at the Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In this role, she works to promote the advancement and economic growth of all business in Idaho, especially small, Hispanic owned businesses. In this role she provides leadership and training opportunities to the Hispanic community in general, whether as employees in their current positions or as entrepreneurs.
Mari has a passion for serving and is currently a Board Director of the Idaho Food Bank, of the Idaho Museum of International Diaspora, and Select Health. She has also spent 6 years on the Executive Board of the Autism Society Treasure Valley. She has a heart for the Treasure Valley since she was born and raised here and shows in her involvement with her leadership roles in the Hispanic/Latino Southwest Idaho task force, the Healthy Impact Nampa Coalition, in her work as co-chair for the Food Access Committee, and with the Sister City committee fostering a relationship with Jalisco. In addition, she is instrumental in leading the Traveling Table, a mobile food pantry focused on taking healthy food into north Nampa
